Finals again and again. It can be the most stressful week of student's life. However, as a student we must prepare for our final exams and get great grades

Let me guide you to get better in your prison week:
1. Build your own study space
It's important to get comfortable with yourself and around while you're studying.

2. Create your study guide
Outlining the important parts of your notebook, use sticky notes for a little reminder of the lesson   (the important parts), and maybe some flash cards will help you study. And also a note to guide your assignments

3. Reorganize your notebook
If you have a messed-up notebook, evaluate and reorganize your notebooks into what's important   only, outlining, formulas, definition, and blah blah blah that important to you so they're easy to understand. You can decorate or doodle your notebook, so you're interested to read them.
Here's some inspiration for y'alls f--ed up notebook:

4. Sip a coffee in the middle of your study
Unless you're a tea-person. I'm a coffee-person, so coffee is liiiiiiife. Drink a coffee can give warmth to your body and so relaxing. According to medicalnewstoday.com , the benefits of drinking coffee are: protecting against type 2 diabetes, parkinson's disease, liver disease, liver cancer, and promoting a healthy heart.

5. Chill music to accompany you
Listen to chill and relaxing music will help you in your study. Listen to indie songs, pop songs, or maybe classic song can help students to beat stress and anxiety while studying. I like to listen to indie songs while studying. But others, do not like to listen to music while studying because they can't concentrate with the music playing.

6. Eat healthy
This is kinda hard cos i really love chips and fast food. But, we need to eat such healthy food like a frickin' vegetables and fruits. So, here's the list and the benefits of them:
- Apples: the peels of apples includes a powerful antioxidant that enhances memory function
- Avocado: promotes brain health and contributes to healthy blood flow
-Tomatoes: contains lycopene that could help against the kind of free radical damage cells which
occurs in the development of dementia
-Broccoli: great source of vitamin K - enhance cognitive function and improve brain power
and last but not least,
- DARK CHOCOLATE!!!!!! : it has a powerful antioxidant which includes several natural stimulants that enhance focus and concentration.

7. Rest well and take a break
Even it's final exam week, don't forget to sleep well every night. You can take 10 - 15 minutes to take a break from your study.
